Winter is a time of reflection, rest, and rejuvenation. When you think about it, the whole world has slowed down, which means you should too. This is a wonderful time to begin exploring your inner world; journaling is a great way to do just that. Every season changes us whether we realize it or not. We are a part of the rhythm of nature, and honoring that can benefit us.

Winter is a time of stillness, stillness, and death. It can teach us about the power of self-reflection and allow us to retreat within.
